What is Daazo?

Daazo.com is a Hungarian-based online network for hosting professional short fiction films and user-uploaded videos. In collaboration with many film studios, festivals, schools and associations, Daazo presents several movies weekly from the past years' best short films, setting up a growing online collection of short films which - we hope - motivate users to upload more quality content to its database.
We, the founders (two university students from Budapest) hope our homepage - as a meeting point for discussing and promoting short films - joint together everyone interested in making films, from young "wannabe" directors to accomplished professionals.

Zoltán Aprily

Zoltán studies Filmhistory, and Media at Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest. Besides he works as assistant director in different productions. He also organizes youth meetings, and developes websites. Zoltán is a member of NisiMasa, European Network of Young Cinema.

Dániel Deák

Dániel studies Literature and Filmhistory at Eötvös Lóránd University, Budapest. He is an editor of one of the leading Hungarian online film magazine. Dániel is also experienced in organising and taking part of several workshops and youth meetings. Dániel is a member of NisiMasa, European Network of Young Cinema.

Balázs Csapó
Chief Graphic Designer
Balázs works as graphic designer and director of OnOffline company. We couldn't make Daazo without his generous help. Balázs is responsible for all graphical segments of Daazo. His ideas and experience in issues of marketing have great impression on us.

Artúr Dangel
Main Developer
